Our beaches are one of the main reasons people come to Tamarindo. Our lifeguard program helps keep people safe while they enjoy the many activities the water has to offer.

3 trained and certified lifeguards

Our lifeguards are on patrol from 9am to 5pm

Lifeguard Tower constructed in 2019, financed by the Municipality of Santa Cruz

Donated ATV allows a wider range of faster beach patrol and emergency response

Tower was designed with bioclimatic elements and made with materials with a longer life and lower maintenance costs
